Ratatouille
Ratatouille

Here, just the way internet wants it. WALL·E (2008, Andrew Stanton) is lovely but not my favorite Pixar, it drags a little in the middle. I just loved The Polar Express (2004, Robert Zemeckis), astounded at the amount of hate it received. All the japanfanboys, screw you, Innocence (2004, Mamoru Oshii) looks pretty to jerk off to if you like flashy stuff, but it's pretentious nonsense, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006, Mamoru Hosoda) is cute and Vexille (2007, Fumihiko Sori) is fun. Couldn't quite get the hang of Les Triplettes de Belleville (2003, Sylvain Chomet), but it's well made. Burton sorry Selick made very lovely Coraline and Tom & Jerry: The Fast and the Furry rocked my boat. Richard Linklater was in top philosophical form with Waking Life (2001, Richard Linklater), a joy to listen to. Now go spamdunk your remarks in the forum. My top 5:

Lauras Stern 5. Frank & Wendy
(2004, Kaspas Jancis, Ülo Pikkov, Priit Tender)

4. Lauras Stern
(Laura's Star, 2004, Piet de Rycker & Thilo Rothkirch)

Monsters, Inc. 3. Monsters, Inc.
(2001, Pete Doctor)

2. 5 Centimeters per Second
(Byôsoku 5 senchimętoru, 2007, Makoto Shinkai)

5 Centimeters Per Second
Mary and Max 1. Mary and Max
(2009, Adam Elliot)
